The Ministry of Interior of the Government of National Unity announced on Wednesday that a total of 275 damage reports have been received by assessment teams following recent clashes in the capital, Tripoli.
The reports cover damages to homes, vehicles, commercial shops, and government buildings within the jurisdictions of the Tripoli Security Directorate and the Janzour Security Directorate.
According to a statement posted on the ministry’s official Facebook page, specialized teams from the Criminal Investigation Department’s Forensics and Laboratory Administration, working in coordination with the relevant Public Prosecutor, are continuing their fieldwork to assess and document the damage.
The ministry stated that 25 reports were recorded in the areas of Ghot Shaal and Hay Al-Andalus, 55 in Zawiyat Al-Dahmani and Souq Al-Jumaa, 65 in Abu Salim, Al-Hadba, and Ain Zara, 55 in the City Center and Bab Al-Bahr, and 75 in Al-Sarraj within the Janzour Security Directorate.
